Compassion, Growth, Healing
Taking the first step toward healing can feel daunting, but you don’t have to do it alone. Whether you’re seeking clarity, growth, or relief, I’m here to walk alongside you.
I am here for you
I specialize in helping clients navigate grief, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, and relational conflict. Using evidence-based techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Psychodynamic Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), I tailor my approach to your unique needs. Together, we’ll explore patterns, challenge unhelpful thoughts, and foster both emotional and physical healing.

How I Can Help
-
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) provides a way to manage challenges by looking at and changing the way you think. CBT is most commonly used to treat anxiety and depression.
-
ACT uses mindfulness and behavioral techniques in order to help individuals accept their thoughts and feelings rather than avoid them. The goal is to be guided by values in order to live a rich and meaningful life even in the presence of difficult and challenging feelings.
-
Seeking Safety is a present-focused therapy model that aids people in gaining safety from trauma/PTSD and/or substance abuse.
-
Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is a cognitive therapy that focuses on teaching four sets of behavioral skills: mindfulness, distress tolerance, interpersonal effectiveness, and emotion regulation.
-
Item descriptionPsychodynamic Therapy brings awareness of the parts of oneself that are not currently in conscious awareness through exploration of the past, self-reflection, and the interpersonal relationship between client and therapist.
-
Emotionally Focused Therapy focuses on identifying and understanding underlying emotions and patterns that contribute to relational distress. By exploring these emotions in a safe and supportive environment, clients can develop stronger bonds, improve communication, and create healthier, more secure relationships.
