When life around you feels like it’s falling apart or when you’ve been pushing yourself endlessly to hold it all together, it’s hard not to start questioning if maybe you just aren’t good enough.

I’ve been there too! I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) based in Los Angeles, and I help ambitious, high-achieving individuals navigate the pressure, self-doubt and burnout that can come from living in a culture where success is everything.

This work is personal to me. Having grown up in a high-achieving environment myself, I know what it’s like to carry the weight of expectation and feel like no amount of effort ever makes you feel at ease.
